These terms govern your use of Yearn, operated by Trey Shuldberg. By creating a Yearn account, you agree to these terms and our community guidelines. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.

Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide an accurate birthday and represent yourself honestly. One person may have one account. Do not impersonate someone else.

Your profile and conversations

You own the content you create and give Yearn permission to store, process and display it as needed to operate the service. Only upload content you have the right to use. Follow the community guidelines in profiles, introductions and conversations.

Discovery and questionnaire answers are self-reported. A matching preference or photo review is not a background check, proof of someone's identity, or a guarantee of compatibility or safety.

Access and purchases

Yearn Access is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase. It unlocks the core dating features for the Yearn account used to buy it. It has no automatic renewal. The App Store shows your localized price and confirms payment. Purchase restoration requires the Apple account and Yearn account associated with the purchase.

Existing Yearn Membership subscriptions remain subject to their original renewal terms and provide access while active. You can manage or cancel an existing subscription in your Apple account. Deleting Yearn does not cancel an App Store subscription. Request purchase refunds through Apple; a refunded access purchase no longer provides access.

TestFlight transactions are sandbox purchases and do not charge real money. A beta build can expire or be replaced. Beta access does not promise an indefinitely available service.

Safety and enforcement

You can block and report people in the app. We may restrict profiles or remove accounts that violate the guidelines. No dating service can guarantee a person's conduct or your safety. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Ending your account

You can request deletion from You in the app. The deletion flow explains what it removes and reports failures so you can retry. Your Yearn account data is separate from any other product using the shared sign-in service; deleting Yearn does not delete those other accounts.

Availability and your rights

Yearn is provided as available. We may change or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any rights you have regarding purchases. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
